C.C. Carlton’s site and underground utility work at Lakeway Highlands is a multi-phase community job tucked in the neighborhood hills of Rough Hollow in Lakeway, Texas. The two phases consist of two upscale residential communities with roughly 26 lots carved into the limestone hills overlooking Lake Travis at phase 3.7. Phase 2 lots are tucked behind the existing amenity center with tiered topography cut into the hills leaving future residents with outstanding views of the Hill Country.
