Job Duties:

Duties are as included below, but not limited to:

  • Perform selected repairs and diagnostic/troubleshooting on Heavy Equipment IE (Water trucks, Motor graders, Haul trucks, Excavators, Backhoe loaders and Skid steer loaders) using hand/power tools and diagnostic computers and equipment 
  • Test drive equipment to verify complaints and completed repairs 
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work area and environment. Including but not limited to cleaning shop and service truck & equipment, floors and fluid containment areas 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must possess adequate hand and power tools required to perform routine repairs and maintenance 
  • A proven track record as a self-starter with adherence to company work and safety policies 
  • Must have acceptable driving record and pass a drug screening and background check  
  • VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED (CDL B)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Motivated, self-starter that shows up to work on time!
  • Class B CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements required
  • Must have knowledge about heavy machinery
  • Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Machinery range from skid steers to excavators
  • Stable employment history and must be able to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and MVR
  • Bi-lingual preferred, but not required

The goal is to provide detailed reports so the company can make informed decisions that will enhance its profitability and growth.

Job Duties:

  • Attend Pre-bids
  • Procure plans and specifications
  • Jobsite visits
  • Prepare accurate estimates for the following:
    • Dirt work (using Agtek)
    • Earthwork clearing, cuts & fills
    • Street subgrade prep, base and asphalt
    • Concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk etc.
    • Storm pipe and structures
    • Wastewater pipe and manholes
    • Water pipe and materials
    • Water quality ponds
    • Dry utilities electric, gas, and telecommunications 
    • Lift stations and force mains 
    • Erosion controls 
    • Plan checks 
    • Project buyout 
    • Process change orders 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management or equivalent discipline 
  • Basic understanding of Excel and functions 
  • Moderate to strong mathcore 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Ability to handle high stress when the market is high 
  • Team player, able to work in a group setting 
  • Good oral and written communication skills 
  • Self driven-desire for personal growth and development 
  • CAD/Agtek skills are a bonus 

We are searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing company. You must be detailed oriented and have excellent time management skills. As a project manager you will supervise multiple construction projects from start to finish. You will coordinate and oversee the construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Must be well-versed in construction methodologies and procedures and have an analytical mind with great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.  

Responsibilities:

  • Write purchase orders and subcontracts using supplied templates  
  • Compile information needed to submit RFI’s 
  • Gather and organize information for Submittals 
  • Must prepare project schedule from start to finish making changes as necessary 
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and determine needed resources 
  • Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, vendors, etc. 
  • Verify and gather information to process monthly pay applications 
  • Drive to project locations to ensure project productivity 
  • Coordinate with Superintendents and other team members to confirm project is on track to meet deadline 

Qualifications (Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture 
  • 5-10 years’ experience in construction project management 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software 
  • Ability to schedule, budget and negotiate costs 
  • Manage relationships with owners 
  • Must be comfortable reading and interpreting civil construction blueprints and drawings 
  • Extremely familiar with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions  
  • Proven leadership and management skills
