C.C. Carlton is proud to work with the Lookout Development Group on the Esperanza subdivision in Boerne, TX. We started this project in January 2023 with Phase 2G. Through an outstanding team and hard work, we were able to produce a quality product of approximately 5,000 LF of spine/collector road with associated utilities and 96 Residential lots with approximately 3,600 LF of residential roadways and utilities. From this hard work spawned 3 more phases and we were awarded Phases 2H & Ponds, 3C, 3D. Phase 2H will include 60 Residential lots with approximately 1,800 LF of residential roadways and utilities. Phase 3C will include 58 Residential lots with approximately 3,515 LF of roadways and utilities. Phase 3D will include 146 Residential lots with 7,361 LF of roadways and utilities.
